These fabulous puzzle boards have a solid construction and are fully covered with a special fabric so that puzzle pieces won’t slip and the board can’t scratch furniture. The boards also have a raised edge so your puzzle pieces cannot fall off, and they come with a cover that sits on the top to keep pieces in place if it’s stored or stacked with other Puzz-Boards.

10. Anonymous User on 13/11/2019Very easy to use and having the protective sheet to cover your puzzle is very helpful. I was able to use the sheet to keep my puzzle in place when I flipped it over to attach the sticky sheets on the back.
11. Anonymous User on 15/05/2019for all puzzle fanatics out there I would recommend that you buy one of these boards. It is easily moved from room to room for storage after building the puzzle as the pieces do not move when moving it. (keeping it at a reasonable level of course).

Anonymous User on 30/12/2020Products were of good quality and exceptionally well priced(purchased in sale) only issue is one i have on many of your products is the cheap white buttons, i purchased items in Berry colour and white buttons just dont go. I often replace buttons which adds to the cost.
Delivery
1. The delivery and insurance cost is for delivery within New Zealand no matter how many products you order. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
2. Please note that for all deliveries in New Zealand we require a street/physical address. Hence, if you have supplied us with a Post Office Box address on your customer details, we will also require you to complete the 'Deliver to a different address' fields, with your street address details for delivery.
3. All prices include GST. All of our quality products come with a 12-Month money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
4. We strive to deliver every in stock order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 4 business days of the order being placed, currently our delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders and are impacted by COVID-19 restrictions. Our delivery partners have advised expected delays of between 7 and 9 business additional days for delivery. Due to stock availability of some products, please allow up to 21 working days for their delivery. Please allow four weeks for dispatch from order date of hampers and products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved.
5. If you are using our interest FREE payment terms, delivery and insurance will be charged in your first instalment.
6. Products returned must be in original condition and packaging. All batteries must be removed from electrical devices before returning the product. You will receive an immediate credit or refund for the full purchase price (excluding delivery and insurance).
7. A free gift of a similar value may be substituted if stock of the current free gift is exhausted.
8. Occasionally, prototype samples are photographed. Production models may vary slightly. You will always receive the latest model.
